Only one client in the clinic at a time. We ask that you wait in your vehicle until we call or text you that it is clear to come into the clinic.  

10 minutes are allotted between each scheduled client to ensure us adequate time to thoroughly disinfect all surfaces in the clinic. 

Masks must be worn by everyone entering the clinic. Masks can be provided if you do not already have one.  

Both client and physical therapist will utilize hand sanitizer prior to entering the treatment room and when exiting.  

Client has replied to the initial Covid Health Questionaire that was emailed to them.
