2. When are you planning to see patients at the new location? We are planning to see our last patient at the Wolf Chiropractic office on Friday, November 21. We will start seeing patients at our new location the following week.
3. Will you continue to take my insurance? We will continue to bill you or your insurance company as we have been for the foreseeable future.
4. What if I do not wish to travel to the new location? If you are close to being discharged from therapy we can complete your care prior to our move to the new location or we can help you find another physical therapy clinic in Spokane Valley that you can transition your care to.
5. If I transition my care to another PT clinic in Spokane Valley, will they offer both Fascial Counterstrain, Pilates, and Lymphedema?
Sadly to say, we are the only clinic currently in Spokane Valley that has a clinician that is board certified in Strain Counterstrain with advance training in Fascial Counterstrain. We are also the only PT clinic in Spokane Valley to currently offer Pilates by a physical therapist who is certified in Pilates. As for lymphedema, there may be a few options that are available.
6. What do I do for scheduling future visits? You will continue to schedule either on your Jane app, in person at the Wolf Chiropractic office, or by phone until the end of day on Friday, November 21st. After that date you can call our office number and schedule during regular business hours, 9 am to 4 pm Monday – Thursday and 9am to 2pm on Friday. If you plan to call our office to schedule, please leave a message if we do not answer and we will call you back at one of our planned breaks throughout the day. You can also schedule through the app or in person during you next visit. If you are unsure on how to use the Jane app to schedule your visits, we can spend time during your next visit to walk you through it.
7. Why are you moving? The good news is, Alex will now be full-time at the practice offering more availability to be seen throughout the week. The move was necessary due to us wanting to expand the practice to allow Alex and Becky to both be present in the clinic at the same time, which was not a consistent option currently. We also needed to move our practice closer to where we live to lessen the burden of our current commute.
7. Are you phone and fax number going to change? Our office phone number will remain the same. Our FAX number has changed to 509-408-0891 and is the current one to use for sending orders, medical records, or other requests for information.
