Preparing for you initial visit
Before Your First Appointment:
To prepare for your initial visit, please keep an eye on your inbox for two emails. The first will guide you in setting up your online account, and the second will contain your new patient paperwork.

Completing this paperwork in advance is essential. It allows our physical therapists to thoroughly understand your needs and make the most of your valuable treatment time. Incomplete or late paperwork may reduce the time your therapist can dedicate to your care, as they will need to use part of your session for review.

Arriving Early for Your Appointment
To ensure a smooth start to your physical therapy journey with us, we kindly ask that all new patients arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in.

Upon entering the building, you'll see the You Turn PT sign on the office straight ahead. Check-in with the front office staff and provide your ID and insurance cards if needed.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please call us as soon as possible to inform us.

Once you have been checked in by the office staff, please proceed to the lower level and go to the office at the end of the hall. Upon entering, we encourage you to ring the bell to alert us that you have arrived in the lower waiting room.

Clothing
Please wear loose comfortable, non-restrictive clothing or bring them to change into. Almost all treatment is provided through the clothes so wearing the proper attire is very important. Ideal clothing includes exercise attire, yoga pants, shorts, tank tops, t-shirts etc. Some clothing can make treatment more difficult or more uncomfortable for you. Please avoid wearing jeans, belts, sweatshirts, multiple layers and anything restrictive. Also, avoid wearing skirts as this may make it difficult to perform some of the treatment techniques.
Where we are located
We are located in the lower level of the Springfield Center Building off of Sullivan and Springfield Ave in Spokane Valley.
